What do you do to stay fit while on the road?

Eliminate or drastically cut all carbs, stay away from diet soda or any diet products. Basically eat full fat dairy (cheese) and meat. Add in low sugar fruit like blueberries.  Eat low carb veggies.  Use real butter. I went from 345 to 170 in a year. Look up keto, it saved my life and all of my bloodwork is perfect.

Folding bike ride in the middle of my day and any 34 hour resets I get out and have some fun. It's not only physical it's also a real nice mental reset.

How to stay fixed? Eat less walk more and you were made in the image of GOD ask him to help you get to your right weight. 


I have my dog on board. He helps me get out and exercise. I have to take care of him. He helps take care of me.

Ex Army infantry so i get out and walk atlest 3 miles a day at a 15 min mile and hit the weights i bring with me on the road

Get everything you need inside the truck to feed you, avoid non essential get down and back inside the truck. Avoid to exposed yourself crowed area.

I stream Beach Body on Demand been doing this for about 5 weeks now and have lost 12 lbs 

I use my apple watch to track activity and ensure that I hit my goals.

Use my kettlebell and do some burpees
